How well do you know your clients?
Do you have a deep understanding of which clients LOVE LOVE LOVE you, the clients that don’t and more importantly why?
Imagine if you knew who in your database raved about you…the people who think what you do is just incredible. What kind of relationships could you nurture with those customers those fans in terms of increasing their spend with you, referring family and friends, providing testimonials and case studies for your marketing and brand reputation?
And on the flip side…
Don’t you think you should know who’s not impressed with the experience you gave them and has made a silent vow never to let themselves or their friends, family or colleagues work with you again?
Yikes! You want to know who those people are right?
Too often, I see business woman clumping together their client database and merely sending a newsletter blast out each month assuming that they can communicate with this group of people in the same way.
This is dangerous and a sure way to waste your raving fans and burn your unhappy clients.
Imagine if you were able to look at a complete list of every person who has ever handed you over a cent and know from a glance, who loves you, who hates you (strong word I know but haters are out there and if you’ve been in business long enough, you’re bound to have a few!) and who in your database is somewhere in between.
